Earth Sciences help us to know and preserve our planet and the changes that have occurred in it. The processes and results that we observe today in the form of reliefs and landscapes, minerals, lithologies, fossils and water and mineral resources, among others, are a sociocultural background that must be extended to the whole of society and transmitted to future generations.

Aims

• Encourage interest in the content of Geology and the whole of Earth Sciences.
• Encourage participants to begin university studies related to Geology.
• Promote the importance of the natural environment and environmental awareness.
